Education
Sarah Mastriani-Levi was born in the United States and spent the first 18 years of her life traveling with her family and studying in various regions of the U.S. In 1995, she moved to Israel and began her training in naturopathic medicine and holistic bodywork. She has had extensive clinical practice and is a certified practitioner in the following fields: advanced reflexology, shiatsu, Swedish massage, manual lymph drainage, iridology, aromatherapy and herbology.
In 1999, she moved to Beijing, China to specialize in Chinese medicine and acupuncture through the World Health Organization’s (WHO) Center for Chinese medicine. She worked and trained in Beijing’s “Hospital No. 6” in an acupuncture and moxibustion unit. Thereafter, she returned to Israel to open a private clinic to serve others in their healing process, integrating the many fields that she studied. She speaks English and Hebrew fluently.
Sarah is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, and has served as an Ambassador for their Nutritional Health Coaching Program since 2013. She is Board Certified as a Holistic Health Coach by the AADP (American Association of Drugless Practitioners). She is a member of the International Association of Health Coaches (IAHC). She is also a registered Yoga teacher for Vinyasa Power Yoga (100, and 200-RYT).
In 2014-2015, Sarah studied with Matthew Kenney Cuisine, the leading international academy for plant-based cuisine, and is certified in Culinary Nutrition, as well as Plant-based Desserts. She frequently gives classes on these subjects to various sized groups.
Sarah is internationally certified with 19 years of experience in holistic consultation and leads both private and group classes. She lectures internationally, before differing forums, from the health-curious to the avidly health-conscious. She teaches food-prep courses to both children and adults and offers workshops, lectures and holistic health coaching.
Personal Vision
In 2006, she had a personal vision of service that she wanted to provide, to awaken spirituality and its accessibility in everyday events. She wanted to facilitate clients in discovering, creating and living an authentic lifestyle that embraced spiritual awareness through the use of raw vegan foods, naturopathic medicine and holistic bodywork. She desired to show her clients that the quality of the food that they were eating was critical to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Sarah wanted to make use of her extensive experience in creating healthful cuisine. Sarah manifested this ideation by managing her own farm where she designed, built, and grew large, organic vegetable gardens and groves of fruit bearing trees. She made use of biodynamic methods, permaculture, and crop rotation, as well as organically raised Nubian goats and laying chickens. Through this farm, she was able to provide her clients with ultra-fresh, farm to table products while maintaining her passion for beautifully aesthetic, and health conscious food choices.
The work in her gardens and creativity in the kitchen triggered a spiritual transformation within her that enabled her to find sacredness and gratitude in everyday events. She found herself asking for a revelation, requesting a miracle that would give her a direction of how she was to use her skills and talents. The miracle that she found was a shift in perception that enabled her to perceive her life and all of its challenges with love, infused with vitality and clarified focus. That, in conjunction with her naturopathic and holistic background, was the inspiration behind the creation of Mannafest Living. Her interest in healthy gourmet cuisine and attention to detail, aided her in starting a personal chef business serving vegetarians, vegans and raw foodist.
Mannafest Living
Mannafest Living provides holistic health coaching and personal chef services for clients using fresh, organic, plant-based cuisine with an ethnic twist. Mannafest Living serves to assist others in embracing their highest potential and to authentically discover themselves through a spiritual wellness lifestyle, which creates a pathway to their sacred purpose.

Sarah researches her client’s issues in order to help them achieve the most holistic solutions possible. She is passionately committed to helping them to create spiritual awareness by cultivating and enjoying all of the magnificent abundance that nature has to offer. She is an adamant believer in the body’s innate ability to heal itself and thrive when given the best sustenance, accompanied by holistic healing treatments, spiritual introspection and physical activity. She is often referred to as a boldly-authentic-spiritual-pioneer, creative-visionary and inspirational-catalyst.
Parenting
Sarah currently resides in Bluffton, SC, USA. Parallel to her international holistic consulting and various food-services, she actively homeschools her 4 children, as a single parent, raising them with a strong bond to nature. She uses the whole world as their classroom. She has raised them in an ecological manner, in harmony with nature, and has taught them in the same autodidactive learning manner that she herself endorses. Her children have grown from all of the fresh goodness that nature has to offer, both physically and spiritually.
